Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
Prices may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by the specified deadline.
Failure to pay in full by the due date may lead to automatic cancellation without a refund.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or letter. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the package selected.
No refunds will be issued after visa issuance or within the restricted period prior to departure.
If a visa is refused for official reasons, a partial or full refund may be offered based on non-refundable costs already incurred.
3. Travel Documents and Visa
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport, visa and any other necessary travel documents.
Raj Travels will assist with visa applications, but cannot be held liable for rejections, delays or changes in visa regulations.
4. Health and Safety
Travelers must follow all health guidelines and obtain any required vaccinations or certificates.
You must be physically and medically fit to undertake the pilgrimage; Raj Travels is not responsible for any health issues during travel.
5. Itinerary and Services
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, hotels, flights or transport services due to operational, safety or unforeseen reasons.
If changes occur, we will provide alternatives of equal or greater value and notify you as early as possible.
6. Liability
Raj Travels acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and is not liable for injury, loss or damage caused by third parties.
We strongly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations and personal belongings.
7. Conduct and Behavior
All travelers are expected to act respectfully and adhere to local laws and customs, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
Unacceptable behavior may result in removal from the group without refund, at the traveler’s own expense.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Raj Travels’ platforms—including logos, images, text and software—is the intellectual property of Raj Travels and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through mutual negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration.
