- Travel Insurance (covering at least 30,000 EUR)
- Passport, CNIC, and Photo as per standard requirements
- NTN Certificate & Tax Returns (Last 3 years)
- Company Letterhead for Visa Request
- Chamber of Commerce Membership (Optional but recommended)
- Passport, CNIC, and Photo as per standard requirements
- Employment Letter / NOC from employer
- Last 3 months Salary Slips
- Personal Tax Returns (Last 3 years)
Important Notes
- Visa applications are processed through the Embassy of the Czech Republic or its partners.
- Biometrics and original passport submission are required.
- Proof of accommodation and return flight bookings are mandatory.
- The Embassy reserves the right to request an interview.
